OPEN STAFF POSITIONS

PROGRAM MANAGER, Full-time, Community-based: 
30hrs/week, Benefit Eligibile including Paid Time Off & Holidays, Starting wage $20-22/hour, Flexible Schedule, Some remote work allowable.

This unique position will focus on building relationships and partnerships with individuals, businesses, government and youth in the Ignacio/Bayfield area. It’s preferred that the candidate has a identified as a part or knowledgable of these communities or has clear experience of achieve relationship-building with communities. Ideally, this position will base their work days in these communities with some support to other areas served by BBBS. This position will recruit and intake volunteer mentors as well as youth entering the program. Most importantly, this position will support the processes required to match the youth with their mentor in an authentic approach to each invidiual served, including family members of youth. These processes must be aligned with orgnaizational policies and standards to assure child safety as the utmost important priority.

PROGRAM MANAGER, Minimal Hours, Site-based:
5-8hrs/week, Ineligible for Benefits at this time, Starting wage $20+/hour, Must be available Tuesday 3-5pm for program delivery- other hours flexible, School-year programming (summers can be no-low hours).

This unique position will focus on building relationships and partnerships with individuals, businesses, government and youth to benefit the Sports Buddies program. This program delivers weekly sports/health programming to elementary aged youth at Park Elementary in Durango. Programming may deliver curriculum and management of volunteer clinic faciliators ranging from high school and above. Most importantly, this position will support the processes required to match the youth with their mentor in an authentic approach to each invidiual served, including family members of youth. These processes must be aligned with orgnaizational policies and standards to assure child safety as the utmost important priority. This position will recruit and intake volunteer mentors as well as youth entering the program.
